Out With the Old In With the HEAT
We have some incredibly exciting news to share with you all. Our official farm stand is finally open for business, and we could not be happier to welcome you to this new chapter. Along with the opening of the physical stand, we are also opening up our special reserve backstock of dried peppers. This includes some beautiful Cow Horn and Cayenne varieties harvested from a previous generation of plants. Because we no longer cultivate these specific parent plants, this batch is truly unique and completely irreplaceable. They are selling much faster than we anticipated, so if you want to add these specific flavors to your kitchen, please come grab them before they disappear for good.
As we say goodbye to those legacy crops, we are looking forward to the future with three fantastic new additions to our pepper family. Our team has been busy getting these ready, and we are already thrilled with the results.
In our tent we have Joes Long Cayenne. We have already transitioned these into their pots, and they are thriving. If you love a classic pepper experience, you will appreciate their clean, satisfying heat. Even better, they are an absolute visual marvel, routinely growing to an incredible length of one foot.
Over in the seed trays, we are nurturing the next two varieties. We are bringing back a timeless crowd favorite with our Old Fashion Jalapenos, which will be perfect for everyday cooking. Right next to them, we are preparing something special for the true thrill seekers. We have officially started our Ghost Pepper seeds. If you are looking to push your palate to the absolute limit, these are the ones to watch. Once they mature, they will bring a level of fire that easily surpasses even our hottest Habaneros.
This is just the beginning of the growing season, and we would love for you to be a part of it. We will be sharing regular updates right here on the blog, so please keep checking back to see how our new plants are progressing.
